Job Overview

Pulse is seeking an experienced Band 6 Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist to join a community‐based children's therapy service located around Green Wrythe Lane. This role focuses on early years intervention and dysphagia support for children under five, working within a well‐established community team.

You will carry out independent assessments, deliver early communication provision, and contribute to statutory processes, including EHCP reviews. The caseload includes children with a range of developmental needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Complete independent dysphagia assessments for children in community settings





Conduct early years communication assessments and deliver targeted intervention

Lead and contribute to EHCP reviews

Support children with a range of developmental needs and disabilities

Work with communication aids and devices, particularly for early years

Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications & Experience

HCPC‐registered Speech & Language Therapist

Experience working with children under 5 (essential)

Robust background in paediatric community practice
