The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to spearhead a high-impact growth transformation across its North American commercial function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales and marketing strategy, leading a team of sales professionals, and driving profitable revenue growth across multiple product lines.
This role demands a leader with a strong background in structural steel, construction products, or related industries, who can build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as engineers, contractors, fabricators, and distributors.

The Vice President will also be involved in strategic initiatives, including new product introductions and potential M&A; activities, and must be prepared to travel extensively throughout North America.
