The Mount Pleasant Community Centre Association seeks an Out Of School Care Program Leader to enhance children's development through play. Your responsibilities will include supervision, activity planning, and ensuring a safe, nurturing workplace.

You'll engage in discussions about children's rights and participate in various program activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and supervise children ages 5-12
- Plan developmentally appropriate and engaging activities
- Lead discussions on Children's Rights
- Maintain a safe and fun learning environment
- Develop relationships with families and staff

Requirements:

- 20 hours Responsible Adult Training Certificate
- Experience in childcare or recreation settings
- Current Emergency Childcare First Aid and CPR certification
- Criminal Record Clearance
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
