Amperesand is seeking a hands-on Process Technician to join our Production Engineering team on the Reno line. You will support day-to-day execution, sustainment, and improvement of manufacturing processes, working closely with Operators, Process Engineers, Quality, and Maintenance to keep processes secure.
The role is floor-facing, hourly, and non-exempt; you will help keep the line running and improve it each shift, with a strong emphasis on safety and accurate documentation.
