We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including table setup, clearing used dishes, and sanitizing surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously throughout the dining experience
- Assist with basic food handling and food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is required(1-2 years)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrates a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with kitchen staff and fellow servers
