Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards
- Receive, unpack, sort, and stock incoming goods
- Weigh materials and verify product quantities and specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
- Follow all company policies, procedures,
and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical handling
- Perform other general warehouse operations as assigned by the warehouse management team
Physical & Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg
- Must be comfortable working in a cooler environment (2°C to 8°C)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy (basic math skills required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable with a strong attendance record
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is an asset
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an asset

- Good attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work under a deadline.
- Punctual and reliable.
