Job Summary

The main function of this role is to provide assistance and excellent customer service when working at the store, and when making deliveries. The candidate will support all store staff with daily functions; customer inquiries, taking orders, receiving goods, inventory replenishment, and delivery of customer orders. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Assisting operations manager with cycle counts.
- Receiving orders and ensuring their accuracy, including notes on any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Inventory replenishment.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the branch and warehouse.
- Load and cross check products onto delivery vehicle, and place in route order.
- Order drop-off and pick-up branch-to-branch,



or from customers.
- File all customer orders once signed and received.
- Proper maintenance of company vehicle.
- Encourage sales by promoting associated items or introducing current products.

Qualifications and Skills

- Organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-motivated to cross train one-self and become familiar with overall branch and company
- functions and systems.
- Readiness to offer help when needed.
- Willingness to grow with the organization.
- Ability to lift and move heavy material.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
