Our warehouse and inventory department is young and still evolving. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, organizing, and improving the way things are done. You’ll play a key role in creating, documenting, improving, and implementing our procedures, while ensuring overall inventory accuracy and analyzing discrepancies.

- Receiving and Shipping: Unload trucks, verify that products (quality, quantity, damage) match purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Inventory Management: Store goods in designated storage areas, organize the warehouse, and conduct regular inventory counts to keep the inventory records up to date.
- Procurement: Monitor procurement in collaboration with the buyer using established tools
- Material Handling: Use lifting equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move goods.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders (picking) for internal departments and customers, and ensure the delivery of products.
- Administration and Safety: Enter data into the computer system, manage delivery slips, and comply with health and safety regulations
- Operations Optimization and Standardization: Develop, document, and implement effective operational procedures, and adapt work methods to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety in the warehouse.
- Other Related Tasks: Perform any other related tasks associated with operations and the smooth running of the business.
- Pickup and Delivery of Materials: Ensure the pickup and delivery of goods between suppliers, the warehouse,



and the company’s various locations within a radius of approximately 100 km from Montreal, in accordance with established deadlines and guidelines.
- Handling and Transport: Load, unload, and move products and materials safely, either by hand or using material-handling equipment, ensuring the integrity of the goods being transported.
- Preparation and Handling of Goods: Perform various material-handling tasks such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking products and materials, as required by operational needs.
- Inventory Management Support: Provide support for inventory management activities, including verifying quantities, identifying materials, and reporting discrepancies to the warehouse team.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the warehouse team and the buyer on various related tasks, based on current priorities and needs.
- Vehicle Management: Keep the delivery vehicle clean, safe, and in good working order, and track service and maintenance appointments.
- Other Related Tasks: Perform any other related tasks associated with the company’s operations and smooth functioning.

Required Skills

- Proficiency with ZOHO software is a plus
