Key Responsibilities

Please note this is a cold environment

- Accurately pick customer orders and/or put away products using RF scanners.
- Complete shipping documentation and verify orders before loading.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before shipping.
- Work efficiently to meet daily picking and shipping targets.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch by palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and effective manner.
- Receive inbound goods, verify counts, and inspect for damages.
- Work efficiently to meet daily picking and shipping targets.
- Work safely and effectively in three temperature zones:
- Ambient: Dry goods area
- Chilled: 4°C to 8°C
- Frozen: -18°C or below
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
- Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.





Qualifications & Skills

- Previous warehouse, order picking, or shipping experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in cold and frozen conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic computer or RF scanning skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid counterbalance forklift and reach truck certification are required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
