We’re looking to enhance our team by welcoming a new Warehouse Supervisor (Flexible Shift) to the Warehouse Team.

The Warehouse

Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and compliance with safety standards. This role oversees daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, cycle counts, order picking, packing, and truck loading/unloading, while maintaining accurate records in the inventory management system.

The Warehouse

Supervisor works closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and on-time order fulfillment. In addition, the role promotes a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment, fosters continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.

The role:

Leadership and Team Management

- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Operational Oversight

- Oversee and actively participate in truck loading and unloading while ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records using the inventory management system to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.




- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize storage space and minimize inventory shrinkage.
- Coordinate picking and packing of raw materials for production, ensuring timely availability and accurate supply to support production schedules.
- Oversee the transportation of goods between warehouses, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Collaboration and Communication

- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer demands, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to coordinate activities and resolve operational issues or challenges.

Safety and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies by maintaining a safe working environment and promoting safe work practices among warehouse staff.
- Manage product disposal processes as required, adhering to established guidelines and regulations to ensure environmental compliance.

Inventory Management

- Receive all incoming products, accurately enter them into the system, and ensure proper storage and organization to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Conduct regular inventory level audits and address discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies for production schedules.

You offer

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software/systems and accurately conducting cycle counts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse workplace.
- Ability to lift to 40 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Willingness to travel between warehouse locations and collaborate effectively with 3PL partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect and ensure the quality of outgoing shipments.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Ability to receive incoming products, accurately enter data into the system and manage inventory effectively.
- Certified in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to drive shunt truck between buildings and offsite with provided training.
