Company Introduction The Aspen Films team is spread from coast-to-coast and we work with some of the largest and most recognizable organizations in Canada. Our projects include documentaries, corporate communication pieces, marketing content, event content and much more. We don’t do weddings, funerals, or other similar projects; rather, our work is in the business-to-business space, and we are the only truly national corporate video production company in Canada.

Aspen Films is seeking applications from qualified individuals to fill a post production position in Warman -or- Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Up to 40 hours/week, as a 3 month internship, with the possibility of continued full time employment and pay increase after the internship.

- Office/working space provided
- This position is an hourly position, for a 3 month term
- Generally, a Monday-Friday, 8-5, office hours type work schedule
- Post Production Duties include:
- Direct communication with the client
- Some co-ordination of filming
- Creative strategy and planning
- Executing on the client vision within the scope of the project

Requirements

- Ideally, experience in the industry, or proven work samples, or media production training at a College or University
- Formal editing or related education is not required
- Real-world experience is what is most valued,



but is considered an asset not a requirement, for an internship position

Compensation:

- Starting at minimum wage for the duration of the 3 month internship, with the possibility of continued full time employment and pay increase to follow
- If Aspen offers full time employment following the internship, benefits would include:
- 3 weeks paid vacation/year
