The Role

We're looking for a UX Strategist to lead the strategy and structure behind enterprise web projects for B2B and SaaS clients. You'll own the thinking that shapes each site: sitemaps, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes, setting a clear foundation that designers bring to life in visual execution.

You'll work closely with project managers, designers, and developers across the full project lifecycle, from early strategy through wireframe handoff, while managing multiple projects at a time. This role is client-facing: you'll present strategic rationale, lead UX conversations, and translate business goals and data insights into structured, intuitive experiences. We're looking for someone proactive and self-sufficient, with sharp UX judgment and the experience to hit the ground running in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own UX strategy for enterprise web projects, translating client goals into clear, structured direction.
- Define sitemaps, information architecture, and user flows that give every project a strong structural foundation.




- Build wireframes that communicate layout, hierarchy, and functionality, handing off explicit direction for designers to execute visually.
- Present strategy, structure, and rationale directly to clients, leading UX conversations with clarity and confidence.
- Use data and insights to inform UX decisions, grounding recommendations in evidence from analytics, stakeholder input, and available research.
- Collaborate actively with PMs, designers, and developers across every phase of the project.
- Balance multiple active projects simultaneously, managing your time efficiently across each.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture, sharing feedback, flagging blockers early, and keeping work moving.

Who You Are:

- 4+ years of UX or web strategy experience, ideally within an agency setting. Ideally, with B2B companies, SaaS brands.
- Strong UX foundation: information architecture, sitemapping, user flows, and wireframing.
- Comfortable using data and insights to inform strategy, from analytics to stakeholder input.
- Client-facing experience: able to present strategic thinking and navigate feedback professionally.
- Comfortable working across a full project team of PMs, designers, and developers in a structured, waterfall workflow.
- Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and taking initiative without waiting to be directed.
- Proficiency in Figma (required).
- Portfolio demonstrating structural and strategic thinking: sitemaps, flows, and wireframes across end-to-end web projects.
- Process-oriented mindset: able to shape workflows and uphold UX standards in a fast-paced agency environment.

Nice to have:

- An understanding of how wireframes translate into build, including Webflow.
- Familiarity with analytics or user testing tools to support data-informed decisions.
