Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and service flow
- Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Oversee food handling, cooking, and food safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding recent team members to build a strong workforce
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed




- Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks during busy periods when necessary

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality environments
- Strong leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly
- Experience in interviewing, training, and developing team members in a fast-paced setting
- Kitchen experience including food handling, cooking, bartending or barista skills is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
