Become the Health, Safety, and Wellness Manager in this full-time hybrid position. You will spearhead initiatives that promote employee safety and well-being in a supportive environment. As part of a 12-month contract, you’ll report to the Director, Human Resources, and manage a variety of health and safety protocols, wellness programs, and DEI initiatives. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure best practices in health and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage health and safety training programs
- Analyze health data trends for continuous improvement
- Oversee workplace wellness initiatives and surveys
- Support the Joint Health and Safety Committee efforts
- Manage WSIB claims and return-to-work processes Requirements:
- 5+ years in Human Resources specializing in health and safety
- Educational background in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proficient in HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce
- Knowledge of Ontario's Health & Safety legislation crucial
