We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented WFM Applications Analyst to support and optimize our Workforce Management (WFM) / Time & Attendance systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of team member time data and the accurate processing of payroll while supporting operational and business requirements across the organization. As a subject matter expert for our WFM platform, you will collaborate closely with Payroll, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and external system partners to maintain, enhance, and support workforce management processes.

You will support system configuration, implementation support, user training, troubleshooting, security administration, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Workforce Management systems with an understanding of payroll, complex pay policies, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities Workforce Management System Administration Serve as the subject matter expert for all aspects of the Time & Attendance and Workforce Management system.

Configure, maintain, and optimize WFM system functionality to meet evolving business requirements.

Manage and maintain work rules, pay rules, accrual policies, paid time off plans, holiday schedules, and other system configurations.

Oversee user access, profile management, and system security administration.

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. Payroll and Business Support Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate time collection and application of pay rules.





Investigate and resolve timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll-related issues in partnership with supervisors, managers, HR, and Payroll teams.

Perform system audits and validations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and payroll requirements.

Understand and support the end-to-end application environment and related integrations. Implementation and Project Support Partner with external WFM vendors and implementation teams to onboard new locations and business units.

Monitor implementation activities, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.

Support testing, validation, and deployment of new functionality, enhancements, and system upgrades.

Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage additional system capabilities and improve business processes. Training and Documentation Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.

Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions for managers, supervisors, and employees.

Support change management initiatives by preparing stakeholders for new processes and system functionality.





Provide ongoing support and guidance to users following implementation and system updates. Testing and Quality Assurance Validate work rules, pay calculations, integrations, accruals, and system enhancements.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document results.

Ensure system changes are accurately configured and functioning as intended before deployment.

Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience supporting payroll and cloud-based Time & Attendance or Workforce Management systems with complex pay policies.

Hands-on experience with one or more leading WFM platforms, including: UKG Workforce Management (Kronos)

Ceridian Dayforce WFM

Other comparable Workforce Management solutions Strong understanding of payroll processes, timekeeping practices, and workforce management principles.

Experience configuring pay rules, attendance policies, accruals, scheduling, and employee profiles.

Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.

Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
