Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate crews on site.
- Plan daily work activities and allocate labour and materials efficiently.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Layout for wall and ceiling systems.
- Oversee installation of interior systems, including drywall, steel stud framing, insulation, acoustic systems, and related finishes.
- Ensure work meets project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades on site
- Monitor productivity, materials, equipment, and jobsite safety.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they affect schedule or quality.
- Train, mentor, and support crew members.
- Complete required site documentation, measurements, and progress reporting.
- Lead by example and promote a strong safety and teamwork culture. Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in interior systems is required.
- Previous foreman or crew-lead experience is required.




- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced construction environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
