VDM Trucking Service Ltd. is looking for a hardworking and reliable Pipe Yard Swamper to join our team in Nisku. This is a physically demanding position working outdoors year-round, assisting loader operators with the protected handling, loading, and organization of pipe and related materials.

Responsibilities

- Assist loader operators with loading and unloading pipe.
- Safely handle rigging, chains, straps, and other equipment.
- Guide equipment operators during loading and unloading operations.
- Organize and maintain the pipe yard.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform general yard labour and housekeeping duties.
- Work closely with the yard team to ensure productive operations.

Requirements
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots (required).




- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and performing manual labour.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Safety-conscious with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to our Nisku yard.

Assets
- Previous experience working in a pipe yard.
- Experience assisting loader operators or working around heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of pipe handling and oilfield operations.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.

Monday-Friday schedule with opportunity for overtime Job Type: Full-time
