Yard & Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Yard & Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure seamless material flow for our team and job sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Prepare orders accurately based on sales slips and delivery documentation.
- Safely operate forklifts and other yard equipment after receiving proper certification.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against bills of lading or purchase orders.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to the manager on site.
- Perform regular yard and warehouse housekeeping duties, including grass cutting and trimming, and snow removal.
- Maintain clear and safe aisles, walkways, and loading zones.
- Follow and promote all company health and safety policies, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use and hazard reporting.
- Participate in training sessions and toolbox talks as scheduled.




- Support other tasks or departments as required by Management

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid G Class Driver’s License in good standing.
- Strong attention to detail paired with excellent communication skills
- Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and advance within the company (such as pursuing Generator Technician training)
- Prior experience operating a skid steer is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

- Bracebridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence, in positive standing (required)
