The Yardi System Administrator provides technical, administrative, and business process support for enterprise ERP applications, ensuring systems are reliable, optimized, and aligned with business needs. The role partners with operational and finance stakeholders to support Yardi platforms, resolve issues, improve processes, deliver reporting solutions, and enhance the user experience through system capabilities and automation.

Description

- Provide technical help, support, and management of the incident and request workflow for all ERP systems, ensuring best practices are being followed.
- Review, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate system errors and issues to the system vendor when necessary.
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Support the organization's Yardi Elevate roadmap by contributing to the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Voyager 8 modules and associated platform capabilities.
- Follow strict adherence to documentation standards for all incidents.
- Follow strict adherence to all IT general controls, supporting compliance reporting and directly participating in a disciplined incident management framework.
- Follow IT Service Management and Asset Management best practices, following operating procedures, adhering to standards of quality (process and product)
- Develop SOP's and documentation and ensure existing documentation is up to date and organized.
- Participate in rotational standby/on-call duties as needed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where automation, workflow improvements, and system capabilities can be leveraged to streamline, simplify,



and improve operational processes and user experience.

- 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, or implementing ERP applications.
- Experience with Yardi ERP software or related property management/ERP platforms preferred.
- Experience supporting, administering, or implementing Yardi Maintenance IQ or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is considered an asset.
- Experience in healthcare, seniors housing, real estate, or multi-site environments is considered an asset.
- Full cycle accounting experience is considered and asset.
- A working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management processes is considered and asset.

Job Offer

- Salary range of $100,000 to $115,000.
- Prospect to own and optimize key Yardi and ERP applications across the organization.
- Exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives involving system enhancements, integrations, and automation.
