The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our Chinese sales team. You will be primarily responsible for sending and receiving express samples, arranging and preparing our sales team for key meetings and trade shows. Through communication between the sales team and customers, you will provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating sales materials to prepare for sales and success
Receive sample express delivery and send it to the customer
Handling customer inquiries and issues
Participate in exhibitions and provide advance assistance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English can be used as a working language
