Job Description:

Borderland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in La Crete, Alberta is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Write detailed repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for service completion
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure parts availability
- Maintain organized records of service transactions
- Follow up with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Help drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Support a positive and team-oriented work workplace

Requirements:

- Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment




- Experience with dealership management systems is considered an asset
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
