Job Description:

The Community Outreach Coordinator plays a critical role in expanding Aspire for Higher’s presence across schools and community spaces. This position focuses on relationship-building, partnership development, and strategic outreach to support youth programming growth.

Hourly rate: $18-20.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote Aspire for Higher programs

• Build and maintain relationships with school boards, administrators, educators, and community organizations
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and information sessions to stakeholders
• Represent Aspire for Higher at networking events and community meetings
• Track outreach efforts and analyze engagement data




• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing materials and program development
• Support program delivery logistics including surveys, staff coordination, and reporting
• Assist in supporting summer camp and seasonal programming

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

• Proven ability to build and sustain skilled relationships
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools
• Experience working with youth or in education settings is an asset
