We are looking for a Full-Time Order Desk Clerk to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role will involve selling steel roofing & siding products to existing clients, ensuring accurate administration of customer order details, production documents, and maintaining confidential customer information.

What We Are Looking For:

· Steel roofing & siding experience is an asset

· Roofing & siding experience is an asset

· Detail oriented

· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

· Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook





· Profit master database knowledge is an asset but not required

· Production and manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

What You Would Do:

You will work with the order desk team to:

- Make sales

- Process quotes

- Process production paperwork to plant locations

- Provide insight and knowledge of our products

- Advise customers and order desk staff on product suitability, options, and install requirements

- Verify logistic routes and communicate timelines to customers

- Review and verify customer orders for pricing and product accuracy

- Additional duties as required

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
