in OEM and aftermarket headlights, tail lights, and other vehicle lighting components.

We work closely with body shops, collision repair centers, dealerships, and automotive

professionals across Canada, providing exceptional customer service and quick, reliable

deliveries.

We're looking for an Automotive Parts Sales Representative who enjoys helping

customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal

candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking on the phone, and

committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Parts Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

 Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails.

 Assist customers with new sales inquiries.

 Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

 Provide updates and customer support for existing orders.

 Generate shipping labels for customer orders and returns.

 Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are processed correctly.

 Perform general administrative and customer service duties as required.

Software & Systems You'll Use

You'll work with the following systems on a daily basis:

 Checkmate – Create and manage customer work orders.

 Zoho Desk – Respond to customer emails,



create support tickets, and track

order communication.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

 Previous experience in sales and customer service.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

 French language skills are considered an asset.

 Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Strong attention to detail.

 Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

 Honest, dependable, and professional.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:

 Automotive parts sales

 Vehicle parts identification
