Key Requirements and Technology Experience 5-8+ years in Service Now development, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
Technical Stack Portal/Ul Builder, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
Domain Expertise Deep knowledge of CSM processes (Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge Management, SLAs).

Methodologies Agile / Scrum, Dev Ops, ITIL processes.

Certifications CSA: Service Now Certified System Administrator
CAD:



Service Now Certified Application Developer
CIS-CSM: Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management
