About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Western Canada to play a pivotal role in the investment and asset management sector. This senior leadership position is focused on business development and sales, with a primary responsibility for driving net organic asset growth, advisor recruitment, and retention.
The successful candidate will be a key partner to the advisor community, serving as a bridge between the advisors and the Head Office, and will be accountable for the execution of the regional growth strategy. The role demands a highly visible presence, regular business reviews, and the coaching of advisors on various aspects of their practice.

The Regional VP will also be instrumental in promoting and supporting the adoption of corporate growth programs and strategic initiatives.





Applicants for the Regional Vice President role should have a university degree in a related discipline, with a preference for business, finance, or economics. Significant experience in the Canadian wealth management industry, particularly within an advisor-led, independent wealth management, investment dealer, or financial services setting, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative leadership style. They must be highly relationship-oriented, entrepreneurial, and possess the ability to influence effectively in a decentralized, relationship-driven environment.

The role requires a candidate who is adept at building trusted relationships with high-performing financial advisors and practice leaders and who can represent the organization with credibility and presence.
