Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations of resort food outlets
- Ensure smooth services while addressing guest needs
- Be present on the floor during peak times
- Deliver coaching and performance evaluations to staff

Requirements:

- 1-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage roles
- Degree or diploma in a related field
- Food Secure Level 1 certification (Level 2 preferred)
- Certification in Serving it Right
- Proven experience with budget management
