Contribute to client-centered care as a Part-Time Program Development Educator at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre in Regina. Lead educational initiatives, assess learning needs, and develop guidelines for health care professionals.
This role supports the Primary Care Education Coordination department, where the Program Development Educator integrates adult learning principles into educational programming. Collaborating with a health care manager, you will engage in research-based programming that addresses specific client needs, especially in Palliative and Home Care Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess learning needs of healthcare staff
- Develop research-based guidelines and protocols
- Facilitate adult education and cooperative training
- Provide leadership in client-centered care initiatives
- Support health care professionals effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BScN) required
- Three years of relevant clinical experience
- Proficient in teaching adults and facilitation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for work-related travel
