You will play a pivotal role at Waterloo Regional Health Network, collaborating with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team in the Mental Health and Addictions Program. Key responsibilities include coordinating treatment interventions, facilitating groups, and ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and care planning
- Provide crisis intervention and treatment for mental health issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards
- Facilitate group therapies and support sessions
- Engage in effective collaboration with healthcare teams

Requirements:

- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 1-3 years of recent mental health nursing experience
- Knowledge of the Mental Health and Healthcare Consent Acts
- Willingness to obtain Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification
- CPR certification is a must
