This part-time role offers an entry point into human services, working primarily with youth aged 12 to 20 in the Out of School and High School Transition programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in direct care and support activities
• Help build relationships that promote dignity and identity
• Guide youth to achieve meaningful experiences and objectives
• Communicate efficiently with team members and families
• Document all activities per AdaptAbilities' policies
Requirements:
• Actively pursuing a High School Diploma with little experience
• Must align with AdaptAbilities' mission and values
• Basic First Aid/CPR training is an asset
• Police Information Check for those 18 and older
