Responsibilities include operating the dishwasher, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting the Head Chef and Line Cooks with essential tasks. This position requires multitasking in a busy kitchen as you contribute to an iconic culinary location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload the dishwasher for kitchen operations
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cutlery, and cooking equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas




• Assist with shipping and receiving kitchen supplies
• Follow HAACP and Food Protected requirements diligently
Requirements:
• Food Safe Level 1 certification is preferred
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages is beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs and work under pressure
