In this part time role, committing to 25–30 hours weekly, you will offer administrative assistance and deliver high-quality service to customers. The position blends in-person service with phone inquiries, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and effectively, supported by thorough training and practical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls for information, reservations, and assistance
• Greet and assist customers in a timely fashion
• Process vehicles returning from rentals and check-in




• Market enterprise services while assisting customers
• Clean vehicle interiors and manage basic maintenance alerts
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; some college is preferred
• 1+ years in customer service or retail experience needed
• Valid Class 5 Canadian driver’s license with few infractions
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
