Samaritan's Purse Canada is seeking a dedicated Regional Manager embedded in a home-based office within Lower Mainland, BC. This position requires you to recruit and mentor volunteers, develop strategies for shoebox growth, and connect with local churches and schools. You'll also participate in ministries alongside your daily responsibilities, helping to promote community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train volunteers to support OCC initiatives
• Develop strategies to grow shoebox contributions




• Schedule volunteer visits and promotional events
• Foster relationships with churches and organizations
• Track and report on regional volunteer goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in volunteer management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Valid driver's license for regional travel
• Agreement with Samaritan's Purse Statement of Faith
