Member Services Representative - Moose Jaw, SK Full-Time, Permanent

CAA Saskatchewan is seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our Moose Jaw office. This front-line role delivers exceptional service while supporting CAA products and motor licensing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA memberships
- Assess Member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Process SGI motor licence issuing services (registrations, renewals, driver licensing)
- Issue licence plates and related documentation accurately
- Provide auto travel services, including maps, trip routings, and insurance
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing

What You Bring

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Ability to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licensing
- Customer service or administrative experience (asset)
- Robust attention to detail and communication skills

Hours of Work

Five days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, based on business needs
