Day to day Responsibilities:

- Providing Guests with a 5‑Star Guest Experience
- Guest Check‑ins/outs
- Administrative Duties – emails, phone calls, online bookings, etc.
- Knowledge of all services offered
- Product Knowledge – you are educators, not salespeople!
- Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area
- Receiving retail orders
- Being a team member – help our team when possible!
- Dress like a FASHION AUTHORITY, from head to toe, we are in the beauty industry after all ;)

Qualifications

- High school Diploma
- Minimum one year customer service experience




- Must be available for open or close shifts during the week
- Must be able to work one weekend shift a week
- Knowledge of Phorest booking system is an asset

Salary: From $17.80 per hour
