In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in assisting climbers and trimmers while ensuring safe work practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Support trimming operations with groundwork assistance
• Operate chainsaws and load brush into the chipper
• Assist crew leader in job-site setup and debris removal




• Follow safety policies and procedures diligently
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites through raking and leaf blowing
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license; 5-ton vehicle endorsement is a plus
• Willingness to work towards certified arborist status
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Landscape/horticulture experience preferred
• Strong team player with a desire to learn
