competence assurance system.Ensure acceptable level of crew competence and act when insufficient.Decide correct tempo on the operation based on crew competence.OperationsExecute all drilling and well operations according to written instructions/ plans from Odfjell's line management.Owner of the well integrity at all times.Ensure that the drilling equipment is operated in a proper manner within its capacity limits and at the correct tempo.Ensure valuable communication between all involved in the ongoing operation.Not leave the drill floor unless qualified relief is present and ensure that the drillers cabin is manned at all times when connected to a well.Keep the drill floor tidy and clean.Conduct flow checks and/or shut in well.Request assistance from superior personnel.Refuse to operate if instructions/plans are insufficient or substandard to Odfjell's requirements.Emergency duties according to the unit's emergency organization.Perform other duties as assigned.The above is intended as a summary of the key requirements for the position and is not intended to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.It is the objective of Odfjell Drilling to ensure employment equity within the workplace.
