About the RoleThe Solace Platform Engineering team is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, build, and evolve the CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and development environments that power Solace Cloud and its supporting microservices.In this role, you will operate at the intersection of platform engineering, DevOps, and developer experience, building scalable, secure, and reliable systems that enable product teams to move faster with confidence. You'll work deeply with AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD systems, partnering closely with software engineers, SREs, and security teams to define best practices and improve building and delivering software at Solace.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain highly reliable CI/CD pipelines that support large-scale, cloud-native microservicesBuild and maintain developer environments (local, ephemerally, and cloud-based) that are rapid, secure, and easy to useDefine and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm to manage cloud resources and Kubernetes workloadsPartner with engineering teams to standardize deployment, testing, and release workflowsImprove platform observability, security, and reliability across the SDLCMentor other engineers and contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisionsDrive continuous improvement by identifying friction points in the developer experience and delivering practical solutionsWhat You'll Bring to the Role5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related rolesStrong hands‐on experience designing and operating CI/CD systems (e.G., GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)Solid experience with Kubernetes, containerization,
