Hours: 40 hrs/week (8‑hour shifts, paid lunch)

About Us

A new waterfront rental launching Spring 2026 in False Creek, offering kayak, SUP rentals, and guided evening tours. We’re building a strong, safety‑first team to deliver excellent on‑water experiences.

Responsibilities

- Open/close dock, manage equipment setup & storage
- Inflate/maintain SUPs; inspect and prep kayaks
- Greet customers, assign equipment, process rentals
- Deliver safety briefings and complete waivers
- Monitor water activity and respond to safety situations

Requirements

- Comfortable on/around water; strong customer service
- Physically fit and reliable
- SUP Level 1 (or willing to obtain before start)

Assets

- First Aid + CPR‑C, PCOC, rental or outdoor experience, local waterway knowledge
- Free equipment use (off‑hours)
- Waterfront workplace
- SUP certification covered (for the right candidate)
