Company: Cannon Automotive Solutions (Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling & Stamping) offers a Part‑Time General Labourer (On‑Call) role in our Windsor, Ontario Stamping Facility. The position involves final stages of product manufacture before shipping to customers.

Compensation: $19.28 per hour. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, education assistance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Summary of Responsibilities

- Production line work: reworking, packing, and sorting parts.
- Assist and support press operators with setup procedures.
- Provide support to maintenance, tooling, quality, and logistics teams.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
- Utilize welding and grinding hand tools.
- Maintain and improve housekeeping within work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

- High School Diploma.
- Ability to meet quota and standards by performing repetitive tasks.




- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Ability to work a 3‑shift model: nights, days, afternoons.

Preferred Qualifications

- Mechanically inclined.
