Responsabilités:

- Offrir un service à la clientèle personnalisé et de qualité.
- Être une ressource complète pour les clients en leur fournissant des renseignements pertinents et inspirants sur les produits, la communauté et les activités.
- Faire preuve d’ouverture à l’apprentissage et partager ses connaissances pour offrir une expérience client mémorable et enrichissante.
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et de productivité en utilisant toutes les ressources disponibles pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Participer à l’exécution et au maintien des normes visuelles, incluant la présentation des produits,



l’entretien de la boutique et le réapprovisionnement.
- Effectuer les tâches de caissier(ère) au besoin.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des initiatives de prévention des pertes.
- Participer à l’entretien visuel et opérationnel global de la boutique.

- Esprit d’équipe, capacité d’adaptation et de collaboration.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication orale et écrite.
- Connaissance, expérience ou volonté d’apprendre sur les produits, les activités et la communauté liés à la clientèle de la boutique.
- Souci du détail.
- Compétences de base en informatique.
- Capacité à se pencher, s’accroupir, atteindre des objets, soulever des charges, monter sur une échelle et rester debout pendant de longues périodes, avec ou sans accommodements raisonnables.

Seasonal Sales Associate

You will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll contribute to the store’s success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experience.

- Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
- Build sales by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
- Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals by utilizing available resources and tools.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.




- Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

This position will support the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment.

What do you need to succeed?

- Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
- Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
