As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in food assembly, monitor dietary specifications, and uphold sanitation standards. Reporting to the Nutrition Services Supervisor, you'll also train fellow staff members and provide excellent service during meal delivery. Flexibility in techniques and adherence to guidelines are key in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support food preparation and adhere to diet guidelines
• Train and orient recent staff and students in nutrition services
• Maintain cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and service areas
• Complete cashier tasks and manage cash procedures
• Execute inventory checks and manage supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 10 education
• Current Food Handler Training Certificate Level 1 or plan to obtain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Well-developed communication skills
• Capable of working independently and responsibly
