In this full-time in-office role, you'll guide current clients post-sale, coordinating all aspects of their onboarding experience. Your daily responsibilities include managing project schedules with technicians, keeping clients informed throughout installations, and collaborating with the Customer Service and Finance teams. Your attention to detail will ensure every account setup is seamless.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate client onboarding and installation processes • Schedule and coordinate installation projects with technicians • Track project progress against time estimates • Collaborate with Finance to confirm job completion • Ensure the handoff to customer service is complete

Requirements: • 3+ years in project coordination or scheduling • Experience in trades, construction, or security • Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM • Strong communication skills with clients and teams • Detail-oriented and calm under changes
