In your role as Yard Associate, you will ensure customers receive help when needed and products are well-maintained. This includes providing assistance during their visit, managing inventory accuracy, and participating in training programs. You’ll also need to follow all safety protocols and manage documentation through our computerized system.

Key Responsibilities: • Offer attentive service and support to customers • Ensure cleanliness and organization of products • Participate in training for product knowledge • Follow all safety guidelines consistently • Assist with delivery documentation and invoicing

Requirements: • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Experience in sales or customer service • High attention to detail required • Ability to lift 75 lbs. • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
