We are seeking a highly motivated and data-fluent
M&A; and FP&A; Analyst
to be a foundational member of our growing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) team. Dillon’s FP&A; team is focused on transforming business data into strategic insights that empower our leaders to act. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and a drive to improve current methodologies to help build a scalable and effective FP&A; function. This role will be instrumental in implementing new processes,
refining existing models, and transitioning the team's focus from data gathering to high-value analysis.
This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in our London office.
Responsibilities Mergers & Acquisitions (Full-Cycle Support)
Target Evaluation & Valuation:
Support the Director of M&A; in financial modelling, valuation, and evaluating potential acquisition targets.
Due Diligence:
Assist in the financial and operational due diligence process, identifying risks, synergies, and integration requirements.
Post-Merger Management & Integration:
Play a key role in helping newly acquired companies assimilate into the Dillon culture and track post-merger financial performance.
