Working under the guidance of the School Principal and DEEP Director, the DEEP Specialist plays a vital role in organizing the Schoolwide Enrichment Model (SEM). In this role, you'll assess student abilities, develop targeted curricula across subjects, and provide enrichment instruction in small groups. Your passion for teaching will drive students' critical thinking skills and enhance their learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate student performance data for program implementation
• Design advanced learning materials for multiple subjects




• Facilitate group instruction for gifted learners
• Collaborate with school staff and parents regularly
• Prepare quarterly newsletters for stakeholders
Requirements:
• High School graduation or equivalent
• Experience in educational settings with children
• Background in gifted education preferred
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
