About the Role

Position: Part‑Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora, Mapleview Centre. The role is to deliver world‑class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and foster fan engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver world‑class experience, surpass sales goals, and continuously find innovative ways to engage and attract fans (customers).
- Maintain the store running smoothly as a part‑time employee with consistent schedule and responsibilities, providing reliable support.
- Share product knowledge, inspire fans to style their jewellery.
- Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with fans.
- Embrace store culture and act as a brand ambassador.
- Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
- Consistently deliver on KPIs, be cross‑trained across store functions,



and mentor/support current team members (leadership potential).
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a sense of care.
- Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of ID and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; able to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Consistent schedule required for peak shifts.

Compensation
