What a Typical Workday Looks Like

- Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction.
- Being careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register.
- Explaining return policies to customers clearly.
- Answering the phone in a professional manner.
- Keeping your work area clean and ensuring you have everything you need to work efficiently.
- Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments.
- Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
