Enhance child development as an Inclusion Support Educator at Compass Early Learning and Care in Millbrook, Ontario. This full time onsite role centers on engaging with children from 2 pm to 6 pm.
You will join a passionate team, focusing on children’s growth through creative, play-based methods. Collaborating with families and community partners, your role will involve guiding children in a dynamic and nurturing setting while ensuring their safety and well-being. Your commitment to inclusivity will enrich the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement engaging, play-based educational activities
• Supervise children actively while promoting play
• Log observations to track developmental progress




• Ensure a safe environment for all children
• Support children in personal care tasks as needed
Requirements:
• 1-3 years' experience working with children and youth
• Relevant First Aid and CPR certifications
• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators or ongoing diploma pursuit
• Understanding of Child Care Early Years Act standards
• Ability to foster community collaborations
