We are looking for a Sales Associate to assist with in-person shopping and brand events. Primary responsibilities include: connecting and engaging with guests, educating on product fit + function, and helping manage inventory and order fulfillment. Through this role you will support the overall brand objectives of connecting with guests IRL.

Core Responsibilities

- Sales Floor Associate: Ensure that customers are met with a welcoming and supportive experience to assist their needs. You educate them on our product and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Opening and Closing: You follow the opening and closing store checklist to ensure the store is always set up for success. Open the store with integrity to store operating hours.
- Product Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of our product from fit, fabric and function to colour, style and size that allows you to make the best recommendations to guests.
- Visual Merchandising: You ensure inventory and visual merchandising standards are maintained for a premium and organized store experience.
- Operations: You execute daily in-store operational tasks, including processing sales, fulfilling online orders, restocking, cleaning, etc.




- Events: You support IRL brand events within the store and throughout the city and surrounding areas.
- Graphic Design: Your are confident in basic graphic design tasks like creating stories/posts for social media and posters for events
- Continuous Learning: You give and receive feedback and share openly as an opportunity to grow.

- We are ideally looking for an active student at a Canadian university/college
- Opportunity to travel for events.

Location: Vancouver, BCAvailability: Part-time or full time , must be available weekends
